Product Overview

STM32H7S7L8H6H is a high-performance ArmĀ® CortexĀ®-M7 32bit, 600MHz MCU. The Cortex-M7 core features a floating point unit (FPU) that supports Arm double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The Cortex-M7 core includes 32Kbytes of instruction cache and 32Kbytes of data cache. It supports a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance application security. To improve application robustness, all memories feature error code correction. The device embeds peripherals allowing mathematical/arithmetic function acceleration. Typical applications are motor drive and application control, medical equipment, industrial applications: PLC, inverters, circuit breakers, printers, and scanners, alarm systems, video intercom, and HVAC, home audio appliances, mobile applications, Internet of Things, wearable devices: smart watches.
