  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Handover to Courier

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address to collect the package or provide a prepaid shipping label for drop-off.

  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
