The Story

Product Overview

STM32H573RIT6 is a high-performance microcontroller. It is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32bit RISC core. It operates at a frequency of upto 250MHz. The Cortex®-M33 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU), that supports all the Arm® single-precision data-processing instructions and all the data types. The Cortex®-M33 core also implements a full set of DSP (digital signal processing) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances the application security. This device offers a security foundation compliant with the trusted-based security architecture (TBSA) requirements from Arm®. It embeds the necessary security features to implement a secure boot, secure data storage, and secure firmware update. Besides these capabilities, the device incorporates a secure firmware installation feature, that allows the customer to secure the provisioning of the code during its production.

  • 2Mbytes flash memory size, 640Kbyte (256+64+320) system SRAM
  • 4Kbyes backup SRAM, flexible life-cycle scheme with secure debug authentication
  • OCTOSPI, 2 (16bits) advanced control timer, 2 (32bits) and 8 (16bits) general purpose timers
  • Average temperature coefficient is 20ppm/°C typical
  • 12bit DAC controller, 2 number of channels
  • 250MHz maximum switching frequency, operating voltage range from 1.71V to 3.6V
  • Arm® TrustZone® with Armv8-M mainline security extension, upto eight configurable SAU regions
  • Secure data storage with hardware unique key (HUK), secure firmware upgrade support with TF-M
  • CORDIC for trigonometric functions acceleration, FMAC (filter mathematical accelerator)
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, LQFP64 package
