The Story

EFM8BB31F16G-D-QFN32 is an EFM8 Busy Bee 8bit microcontroller that is built on top of a low-power platform and operates at 50MHz. It includes 16KB flash, 2.25KB RAM, 29 Dig I/O pins, 6 x 16bit timers, 6 PCA channels, -40 to 85°C temperature range, 4x4 QFN32 package and additional communication peripherals. It offers state-of-the-art performance by integrating 12bit ADC, internal temperature sensor, and up to four 12bit DACs into small packages, making them ideal for general-purpose applications. With an efficient, pipelined 8051 core with maximum operating frequency at 50MHz, various communication interfaces, and four channels of configurable logic, this family is optimal for many embedded applications. Typical applications are consumer electronics, precision instrumentation, power management and control, industrial control and automation, smart sensors, automotive control.
