PortaBrace RIG-FS7 Overview
The Porta Brace RIG-FS7 Camera Case for Sony PXW-FS7 features dual-rigidity foam for equipment protection. This case is constructed using materials designed for ruggedness, including 1000-denier Cordura nylon and solid steel clip rings. Reversed zippers and a slip-not anti-skid waterproof bottom panel are used for increased water-resistance and durability. The 9" interior height allows for a variety of equipment configurations, and the quick-draw design is geared towards never missing a shot. There are front and back slip pockets for carrying SD cards, documents, cords, and white balance cards. The two side pockets are designed for batteries, extra flashes, and cords.
The interior of the case is made using a copper-colored Veltex that contrasts against camera and lenses for clear visibility of the case contents. You can customize your interior setup using the positionable divider system, including a horizontal divider, hanging mic pocket, padded divider pouch, padded 7" lens cup/storage pouch, camera tie-down, and divider camera cradle. For carrying comfort, the bag features genuine suede handles and a removable suede shoulder strap.

The camera only just fits
I was expecting more if a custom fit based on the ad. The ad was misleading
Too Small
To me this bag is too small. if you have a baseplate on the camera it does not fit comfortably in the bag. The holder for the shotgun mic is pressing up against the top of the bag. If you added the extension unit to the camera I don't think it would fit comfortably in the camera section of the bag. If you removed the divider it would fit then, but you need that other room for the viewfinder and arm of the camera. It feels like this bag was designed without having actually seen the camera first. Also, it's more expensive than similar sized porta brace bags. not sure why.
