Nikon MB-N11 Overview
Dedicated to the Z 6 II and Z 7 II mirrorless cameras, the Nikon MB-N11 is a multi-battery vertical grip that provides both additional power and a more comfortable grip when working in the vertical shooting orientation. The MB-N11 can accommodate two EN-EL15-type batteries for nearly twice the battery life and has a hot-swappable battery slot for on-the-fly battery changes. A USB Type-C port is featured, too, for connecting to an external power source or for tethering or connecting the camera to other equipment. The grip's design also incorporates a secondary shutter release, control dials, and a function button for more intuitive shooting control.

Good but with a flow in design
I've been using the MB-N11 grip for two weeks with my Z6 II and have to admit- it is not that comfortable holding the camera horizontally. Vertically yes. The right back corner section wasn't well designed and is made of slippery plastic which makes the palm of your hand move and slide a lot. Still it adds some benefit to the small Z6 II.
Longer battery life!
More shots without changing batteries and a more substantial feel for my Z6ii. Fits perfectly.
Nakes my Z6II feel like Flagship Camera
It feels like I'm using a flagship camera when I put this on (Not that the z6II cant be used for professional use without it). Definitely feels better than without it.
I Love it!
It looks Great and works very well and it makes my Z6ii look even better. It is a little expensive but it is worth it.

Works perfect with Z7ii. Price is a bit steep.

For those who are used to the bigger cameras, it's a must have! So glad I ordered mine during the purchase
Solid product
I like the changes they made from the D850 Grip, I like the tray holding 2 batteries instead of the one and one. I wish the tray slid out easier, but not the end of the world.
Like All Nikon Products - It just works.
Charged the batteries, attached the Pack to the camera ( easy ) and powered it up. Done, no problems, nice, solid construction.
