MA Lighting grandMA3 Overview
Designed as an all-inclusive lighting solution for MA Lighting nodes, the grandMA3 onPC 2Port Node 2k PoE from MA Lighting is an entry-level node that directly connects to a PC to control lighting fixtures. Ideal for theater, TV production, and live events, this fixture controls moving lights and LEDs with a PC or two DMX universes. Encased in a 9.5" 1RU housing, the compact fixture is designed to simultaneously output to two DMX universes in any grandMA3 system. To ensure a optical performance, the fixture is integrated with a high-performance processor and a 1 GB/s Ethernet connection for reliable power. This device can also be powered with PoE for reduced and consolidated cabling. This fixture enables 4 096 HTP and LTP parameters to complete a compact control system. For greater compatibility, the fixture handles MA-Net 2, MA-Net 3, sACN, and Art-Net data for remote configurations, as well as RDM-compatibility. The grandMA3 on PC software offers the same features as larger MA Lighting consoles to offer greater compatibility and a seamless workflow. Easily configure the fixture with its 3.9" color display to get a quick status overview and adjust settings.
- Recipe Workflow: The grandMA3 features a recipe workflow for better and faster workflows for users creating and editing recipes.
- Tags: This feature allows for organizing, linking, and cross-referencing objects throughout the software.
- Timing Masters: This can set playback timings instead of a numeric value.
- Supported File Formats: Expanded file format options are supported in videos and 3D meshes within the software.
- Fixture Sheet: Includes subtopics that describe the fixture sheet settings and fixture sheet modes.
