It facilitates quick target acquisition in close quarters while preserving maximum situational awareness when used with both-eyes-open shooting techniques.

Weighing just 3 ounces and measuring a little over 2 inches long, you'll hardly feel the sight on whatever it's mounted on?whether you're running it on a long gun, SMG, or pistol platform. Its simple small 3 MOA diameter red dot reticle is easy to see but won't clutter your wide field of view or cover smaller targets. With eight adjustable intensities, you can set it to your preferred brightness or to optimize it for the situation and mission. Low-profile windage and elevation dials adjust at 1 MOA per click to zero it to your weapon to improve your accuracy, and with its Weaver rail mount you'll be able to remove it and reinstall it without having to re-zero it.

Hawke designed the user interface to be simple and straightforward to avoid confusion or mistakes in high-stress situations. Simple push buttons, located on the left side of the housing, control the intensity level. It returns to its last brightness setting when turned on and an auto-off function powers the device down after 4 hours of inactivity. To withstand the rigors of recoil the sight is made of a lightweight but durable aluminum alloy that is treated with a matte black anodized finish to reduce reflections and sealed to be waterproof.
