APC SMX1000I Overview

Designed for servers, point-of-sale, routers, switches, hubs, and other network devices, the Smart-UPS X Rack/Tower Battery Backup & Surge Protector from APC delivers intelligent and efficient line interactive network power protection from entry level to scalable runtime. It can provide 286 minutes of use at 50W, 134 minutes of use at 100W, 59.5 minutes of use at 200W, 35.7 minutes of use at 300W, 24.2 minutes of use at 400W, 17.6 minutes of use at 500W, 13.3 minutes of use at 600W, 10.3 minutes of use at 700W, and 8.1 minutes of use at its full load of 800W.

This Smart-UPS X features an output of 800W / 1000 VA, an input of 230V @ 50/60 Hz ±3 Hz, eight IEC-320 C13 battery backup and surge outlets, two IEC jumper outlets for external battery packs, an IEC-320 C14 input connection, a surge energy rating of 600 joules, and a sine waveform. Included PowerChute Network Shutdown management software helps to provide unattended, yet proper shutdowns of network operating systems, and also included are rack-mounting brackets, removable support feet, an RS-232 cable, a USB cable, and a power cable. Support is provided by a limited 3-year repair or replace warranty that excludes the battery, as well as a limited 2-year battery warranty.

    APC SMX1000I Overview
