Product Overview

OP27GPZ is a precision operational amplifier. It features a low noise, en = 3.8nV/?Hz, at 10Hz, a low 1/f noise corner frequency of 2.7Hz, and high gain (1.8 million), allow accurate high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain bandwidth product of 8MHz and a 2.8V/µs slew rate provide excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed, data-acquisition systems.

  • Input bias current is ±15nA typ at (VS = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
  • Average input offset drift is 0.4µV/°C typ at (VS = ±15V, ?25°C ? TA ? 85°C)
  • CMRR is 120dB at (VCM of ±11V)
  • Input voltage range is ±12.3V
  • Output stage has good load driving capability
  • Power supply rejection ratio is 2µV/V
  • Power consumption is 100mW at (VS = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
