The Top Plate is contoured to perfectly fit your camera, while the mounting screws secure the plate to your camera, helping to distribute the weight and stress of mounted accessories. The plate features numerous 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tapped holes, as well as ARRI-style accessory mounts with anti-twist divots.

The underside of the plate is relieved of metal, matching your camera's contour while increasing the plate's resistance to flexing, preventing undue stress to your camera's body.
