HVD3605A is a HVD3000A series, 6KV, 100MHz high voltage differential probe with 6m cable. The HVD3000A series high voltage differential probes provide high CMRR over a broad frequency range to simplify the measurement challenges found in noisy, high common-mode power electronics environments. The probeļæ½s design is easy-to-use and enables safe, precise high voltage floating measurements.
- 4.3ns rise time, 200x / 2000x attenuation, 1000V/ns (maximum) slew rate
- Widest differential voltage ranges available
- Exceptional common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) across a broad frequency range
- 1% gain accuracy
