Looking for a powerful full-range PA speaker for portable and installation applications? Check out the white Tannoy VXP 6, a single passive 6" loudspeaker offering high output and optimal phase coherence for multipurpose use as a FOH speaker, a floor monitor, or a side fill. The VX 6 is a pint-sized power house well suited for small-scale performance sound reinforcement, as well as more demanding background music and high-intelligibility speech applications where clarity and natural vocal reproduction are paramount.
The speaker utilizes 400W (peak) to drive the 6" PowerDual dual-concentric driver, which provides a frequency response of 92 Hz to 35 kHz with a maximum SPL of 117. The VX 6 offers a 90° conical dispersion for optimum coverage with remarkable forward gain. The vented and internally braced trapezoidal plywood enclosure features an array of mounting points including four M6 inserts, two M6 yoke bracket inserts, and a blanking plate, allowing versatile installation with separately available hardware.
