The 1.5KE16CA from Taiwan Semiconductor is a 1.5KE series bidirectional transient voltage suppressor in DO-201 package. It has excellent clamping capability and low dynamic impedance. The leads are pure tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102. It also meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.
