Off-the-Shelf (OTS) Pico-Lock 2.0 cable assemblies provide durable locking for secure mating retention. Side positive locks help ensure secure mating retention and additional space savings. Wide robust fitting nails (solder tabs) offer secure PCB retention and additional mechanical stability. Typical applications include automotive, consumer, industrial, lighting, medtech, mobile devices and telecommunications/networking.

  • Polarization/mating guide features help prevent mismating and facilitate mating
  • Bevelled header pin design provides smoother mating and pin-and-contact protection
  • Ultra-low-profile mated height provides space savings
  • Top friction locks provide additional mating retention and visual mating assurance
  • Maximum current of 3.5A per circuit
  • Minimum durability of 30 cycles
  • Polyamide (PA), UL 94V-0, black housing/header and copper alloy contact
  • Operating temperature range from -40 to +105�C
