The black Bubblebee Industries Lav Concealer for DPA 4071 Mic is a soft, pliable mount that can be clipped to clothing, taped to skin, or sewn into costumes, molding itself to the surface on which it is attached. The mount fits the capsule perfectly, making it easy to hide the mic while protecting it from build-up of glue residue resulting from repeatedly attaching tape directly on the lav.
The rubber material acts as a shockmount, protecting the mic capsule from vibration and absorbing friction noise for cleaner sound recordings. The supplied hypoallergenic tape is easy to apply and provides a strong bond for secure mounting on fabric or skin. Also included are a metal clothing clip and a fabric guard that can be configured to suit your mounting style.
