The CTV06RW-23-54P from Amphenol is Tri-Start CTV series, MIL-DTL-38999 Series III equivalent straight plug with 53 contacts. Tri-Start CTV series connectors are high performance MIL-DTL-38999 Series III equivalent composite connectors which are available in wide range of shell materials and finishes in 9 shell sizes (09 to 25) with 48, 500, 2000 hour salt spray plating exposure (MIL-STD-1344A method 1001 condition C). These connectors offer high density contact arrangements in a miniature circular shell and combines high coupling durability. It is designed to withstand the extreme shock, exposure and vibration. These connectors are fully intermatable and intermountable with all other manufacturer�s MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors.
- High reliability, moisture and corrosion resistant
- Outstanding EMI, RFI shielding protection (100MHz to 10GHz)
- 500 mating cycles, high durability versions are available with 1500 mating cycles
- Operates at extreme temperature range of -65°C to +200°C based on shell finish
- Minimum insulation resistance is 5000Mohm (at 25°C)
- Scoop proof to eliminate the possibility of contact damage
- Self locking connector system, triple start threaded coupling
- Thermoplastic clips moulded directly with insert
- Composite body material with olive drab chromate over cadmium plating
- Copper alloy crimp pin contacts with gold plating
